Job Responsibility

  • Define sales strategy and plans, based on dry docking plan
  • To sell and promote AL's MAS service & repair products, workshop service, spare parts and new machine to the vessels dry docking in China
  • To develop and maintain customers, search and collect market information in marine business, understand the customer needs and provide solutions
  • Coordinate with technical team, service workshop, service engineer and inside sales for the daily business

Requirements

  • Marine Engineering background
  • 3-5 years' work on site for related to ship repair
  • Experience from sales or service in the repair shipyard or Marine Industry
  • Experience and knowledge on Plate Heat Exchanger and boiler business are an advantage
  • Good contacts with China Mainland shipping society is a clear advantage
  • Technical oriented, fast learner with good interpersonal communication
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Commercial skill is essential
  • Customer service oriented
  • Cross-cultural awareness
  • Good command of PC skills
  • High drive and motivated from result
  • Maintains a stable performance also in stressed situations
  • Extrovert personality good on maintaining customer relations

Nice to have
