We’re looking for a Field Sales Executive, Mandarin Speaking to join our Dublin team. In this role, you’ll help us expand our restaurant network across the Dublin & surrounding areas, ensuring the best Chinese cuisine is available to our customers.

Job Responsibility:

Map, pitch, and sign top-tier Chinese restaurants across Dublin and the surrounding areas to build a market-leading proposition
Act as a city-level expert, using physical visits, calls, and social media to demonstrate Deliveroo’s technology to partners in Mandarin or Cantonese
Oversee the restaurant journey from contract signature to "go-live," ensuring the process is seamless, efficient, and rapid
Monitor and drive the performance of newly signed partners during their first eight weeks on the platform to ensure long-term growth
Represent Deliveroo at restaurant and food meet-ups, staying ahead of industry trends and what customers crave most

Requirements:

Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken)
Proven ability to negotiate complex deals and a strong understanding of the economics of food delivery
A self-starter mindset with the motivation to hit demanding sales targets and take full ownership of your territory
A valid driving licence and access to a car, with a willingness to travel across Dublin and the wider region
Significant experience in face-to-face pitching and building rapport with diverse business owners

Nice to have:

Fluency in Cantonese
Existing network within the regional Chinese restaurant or hospitality industry
