Job Description

Red Star Brands are brand builders who challenge norms and disrupt the status quo. This is a proper ownership role where you own your territory, call file, and results. You'll be out on the road every day building new distribution, better space, and displays.

Job Responsibility

  • Hitting 15 calls a day across your patch - convenience stores, new doors, existing stockists
  • Building distribution and getting the brands into the strike zone
  • Creating eye-catching displays using POS and activation kit
  • Managing your own stock
  • Spotting gaps in your call file and filling them
  • Route planning that is smart

Requirements

  • Field sales experience is in your DNA
  • Solid field sales experience
  • Ability to open a new door, win share of space, and build a display
  • Route planning skills

  • Boosting sales through salon visits: be active in the field by visiting salons, often spontaneously (without prior appointments), to pitch Treatwell and close sales
  • Enjoying a great balance between working in the field and collaborating with your colleagues once a week at our beautiful Vilnius office
  • Research and prospect beauty and wellness professionals in your area via phone, internet, CRM, social media, and especially in-person visits
  • Secure appointments and independently manage sales up to the closing stage
  • Support new partners during their first steps after signing the contract, onboard them, and teach them how to use our software correctly before passing them on to our Customer Success team
  • Update our CRM database (we use Salesforce, and we’ll train you on it) with all relevant information
