Field Sales Executive

• Drive new business acquisition: Map, prospect, pitch, and close high-quality restaurants across your region, acting as a local expert who knows exactly what restaurants customers crave
• Pitch Deliveroo technology: Connect with restaurant owners via physical site visits, phone, and digital channels to demonstrate the commercial value of our platform
• Streamline partner onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a fast, efficient, and seamless transition onto the platform
• Set partners up for success: Monitor and support restaurant performance within their first eight weeks of joining to ensure long-term operational success and volume growth
• Engage with the food community: Attend local restaurant meet-ups, sample food from prospective partners, and represent the Deliveroo brand across the regional food scene

• Proven business development skills: Strong background in targeting new business, hunting new opportunities, and working comfortably towards monthly acquisition targets
• Commercial and negotiation acumen: Experienced negotiator with a strong understanding of commercial economics, capable of structuring win-win deals for partners and Deliveroo
• Excellent communication: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
• Mobility and flexibility: Comfortable being out on the road as your primary working environment, with a valid driving licence, access to a vehicle, and a willingness to travel across the wider region
• Passion for the industry: A genuine interest in the food and restaurant industry, paired with the tenacity and self-motivation required for field sales

Language skills: Fluency in an additional language relevant to our diverse restaurant partner base (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Thai, Arabic, Vietnamese, Hindi, Urdu, or Punjabi)
