Job Description

In this role, you will act as the technical and commercial point of contact in the assigned territory.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing and developing the customer portfolio within the assigned territory through regular and qualified coverage
  • Systematically acquiring new target customers through proactive field sales activities
  • Presenting our technical solutions and supporting customers during the project development phase
  • Actively managing the sales pipeline in the CRM and contributing to the achievement of sales targets
  • Working closely with the Inside Sales team to ensure integrated and synergetic market coverage
  • Participating in trade fairs, industry events, and local marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Technical diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Telecommunications, or an equivalent qualification
  • a technical degree is considered a plus
  • Previous experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in the electronics or electromechanical sector
  • Good command of English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with technical customers and decision-makers
  • Good knowledge of the industrial landscape in Southern Italy is considered a plus
  • Preferably based in Campania and willing to travel across the entire South Area
  • Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, autonomy, and a results-oriented approach
