We are looking for a determined and passionate Field Sales Engineer to be located in Egypt responsible for remotely covering accounts in multi-region and promoting our Separation Technologies products. As a key member of the sales team, you will build a close relationship with our customers in dealing with technical sales enquiries, producing accurate and competitive quotes and being able to source solutions to meet our customer’s needs.
Job Responsibility:
Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Separation Technologies Products
Analyze and understand market insights and the customers buying behavior and make sales plans according to the business division strategy and targets
Look for and manage leads from the market, customers and convert them into real business opportunities to ensure healthy pipeline
Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings and interactions to customers, focusing on customer needs understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services
Runs the commercial operation by managing the customer grid and proactive planning in our tools
Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions
Share inputs to develop value quotes reflecting the customer needs, stressing the unique selling points and follow up
Be active member of Separation Technologies (SET) Business Unit and Food & Pharma Division with a team spirit mindset
Work proactive and structured way to serve customers. Adapt to Customer-first mindset as per Alfa Laval culture
Requirements:
Knowledge of Commercial /incoterms
Strong customer support orientation and sense of urgency
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to express ideas clearly both in written and verbal formats
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skillset
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Email systems, specifically strong excel skills
Team work and team player
Chemical Engineering graduate / Diploma holder as Field Sales Engineer having robust experience of handling quotations and customer communication
Minimum 5 Years of experience in any similar Food & Pharma Industries
