Job Responsibility:

  • Promoting, developing and securing penetration of After Sales solutions regarding both separation and heat transfer technology on the whole installed base of the region
  • Assuring the targets achievements
  • Identifying the customer needs and proposing the proper solutions for the target market
  • Supporting sales activity, visiting customers and propose technical/engineering solution, (also in cooperation with our partners, distributors)
  • Having the whole ownership of the customers (in collaboration with capital sales colleagues), supporting them in the problem-solving processes, be their reference point for critical situation, facilitating the internal processes to exceed the customer expectations
  • Proposing the whole Service Portfolio solutions, to enable the customer success. Making a difference collaborate with other members of the local service team, and act as technical support backup to global technical specialists
  • Travel locally about 40/60% of work time

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience
  • Capabilities to identify priorities and problem solve approach
  • Strong attitude to interpersonal relationships and strong team orientation and ability to build cross-functional relationships
  • Ability to manage a network of customers
  • Business development, sales and technical attitude
  • Open minded, strong communication and flexible capabilities
  • Capabilities to manage critical situation with customers regarding both technical and commercial aspects
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in the marine market especially selling spares and services in Greek shipowners
  • Work experience in CRM and other sales and technical tools daily use
  • Driving license
  • Very good spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments and Office package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
