As a Field Sales Engineer in our Process Heat Exchangers team, you’ll partner with existing customers and develop new business across diverse industries – from mining and chemicals to renewable energy and emerging technologies.
Job Responsibility
Build strong relationships with key accounts and identify new opportunities
Deliver tailored solutions that improve efficiency and reduce energy footprints
Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and company requirements
Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals
Represent Alfa Laval at customer meetings, webinars, and industry events
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or similar)
5+ years in technical sales, ideally in industrial process equipment
Strong communication, problem-solving, and business development skills
Knowledge in separation technologies will be an added advantage
