Job Description

As a Field Sales Engineer in our Process Heat Exchangers team, you’ll partner with existing customers and develop new business across diverse industries – from mining and chemicals to renewable energy and emerging technologies.

Job Responsibility

  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and identify new opportunities
  • Deliver tailored solutions that improve efficiency and reduce energy footprints
  • Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and company requirements
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals
  • Represent Alfa Laval at customer meetings, webinars, and industry events

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or similar)
  • 5+ years in technical sales, ideally in industrial process equipment
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and business development skills
  • Knowledge in separation technologies will be an added advantage
