Job Description:

As a Field Sales Consultant you will be responsible for attending preset in-home sales presentations while evaluating the customer's needs and closing the deal. Job Responsibility:

  • Develop effective self-generated sales strategies, leads and appointments with potential customers
  • Provide an industry leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation and after the customer's system is turned on
  • Conduct in-home sales presentations for potential customers and evaluate customers’ knowledge and needs, building productive long lasting relationships
  • Handle the pipeline of activity from prospect to install by following up with all leads and in-home consultations
  • Accurately disposition and report on outcomes via our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
  • Meet minimum required sales targets as set by sales leadership

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience
  • In-home sales experience preferred
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Maintain a clean driving record with the ability to pass a driving background check
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to spend time traveling within local market
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Intermediate comfort level with technology, utilizing an IPAD/computer and multiple software applications
  • Experience with a CRM is a plus
