Job Responsibility

Execute the Electrical, Beauty & Skincare category strategy to the highest standard
Influence availability through a consultative, collaborative approach with in-store teams
Ensure robust back-of-house processes, product protection and system compliance
Improve inventory accuracy through regular stock takes and root-cause analysis
Ensure EBS fixtures are fully compliant to planograms, including SELs, facings and capacities
Act as the key point of contact for Oral B, Olay & Braun building strong, long-term store relationships
Conduct business reviews with store managers to drive store and regional growth
Use the Field View sales app to analyse performance, identify opportunity and create actionable plans
Share category insights, trends and data where approved to drive engagement and results
Deliver high-quality training to store colleagues on new products, initiatives and category knowledge.
