Broadband Specialists share current service offers, guide customers through seamless transitions, and ensure they feel confident and supported every step of the way. Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Consistent track record of hitting sales targets in retail or direct sales, with expertise in simplifying complex product offerings
  • Sales & Negotiation Excellence — Known to work in direct‑to‑consumer sales, especially door‑to‑door, with strong negotiation skills to confidently secure agreements and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Communication & Customer Engagement — Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, paired with the skill to connect with customers, address inquiries, deliver effective product presentations, and guide them smoothly into T-Mobile services
  • Problem Solving & Adaptability — Strong ability to identify and resolve issues during the sales process while adapting sales approaches to diverse customer needs and shifting market conditions
  • At least 18 years of age
