Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled contractor to support our operations team with Excel-driven analysis, sales operations, deal management, sales credit and account assignments. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Excel Management: Perform advanced data analysis, reporting, and modeling using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, etc.)
Sales Operations Support: Ensure smooth processing of deals and transactions within the company’s systems
Deal Management: Track, analyze, and validate deal structures to ensure compliance with the company’s guidelines
Sales Credit Account Assignment: Accurately process and manage sales credit allocations
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to streamline deal approvals and ensure accurate forecasting

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Experience with Cisco operations (preferred but not mandatory)
Background in deal management, sales forecasting, or finance
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Nice to have:

Prior work in Cisco-related operations or similar technology companies
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Oracle, or similar)
Background in finance, sales operations, or business analysis
