Job Responsibility:
Drive customer acquisition through door‑to‑door conversations and community outreach—bringing our groundbreaking broadband offers right to a customer's doorstep
Create standout experiences by sharing service benefits, answering questions, and delivering post‑sale follow‑up that creates customers for life
Team up to win by collaborating with sales leadership and cross‑functional partners, while supporting additional duties and special projects
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
Consistent track record of hitting sales targets in retail or direct sales, with expertise in simplifying complex product offerings
Sales & Negotiation Excellence — Known to work in direct‑to‑consumer sales, especially door‑to‑door, with strong negotiation skills to confidently secure agreements and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Communication & Customer Engagement — Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, paired with the skill to connect with customers, address inquiries, deliver effective product presentations, and guide them smoothly into T-Mobile services
Problem Solving & Adaptability — Strong ability to identify and resolve issues during the sales process while adapting sales approaches to diverse customer needs and shifting market conditions
