Job Description:

As a TCL Mobile Blitz Field Representative, you'll visit stores within 60 miles to promote products, train staff, and support the TCL Academy. Expect 20+ visits per week and 0.5–1.5 hours of travel daily. This position is ideal for those passionate about tech and in-store teamwork.

Job Responsibility:

  • Represent and promote TCL Mobile professionally to increase retail brand awareness
  • Guide teams on accurate sale submissions for tracking
  • Conduct scheduled store visits to support program goals
  • Submit visit reports and share meaningful field insights
  • Organize and complete daily tasks efficiently within assigned territory
  • Maintain positive, high‑energy engagement
  • Connect with store leadership for visit approval
  • Deliver a TCL brand overview
  • Train staff on new TCL devices, key features, benefits and selling points
  • Support and demo the TCL Academy app
  • Enroll, coach and motivate employees to join the TCL Academy
  • Walk through the “Submit a Sale” process
  • Leave giveaways and ensure a strong brand experience

Requirements:

  • Enjoys teaching and helping others learn
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel daily within a 60‑mile radius
  • Effective time‑management skills and ability to work independently
  • Able to stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable walking multiple retail locations per day
  • Capable of lifting demo devices or small materials as needed
  • Available for flexible weekday schedules, with occasional weekend availability when required

Nice to have:

  • Experience in wireless retail, carrier environments, or mobile device sales
  • Background in field marketing, training, or brand ambassador roles
  • Strong presentation, demo, and storytelling skills
