Job Description:

We are looking for a Field Process Executive (FPE) to manage on-ground verification, inventory validation, and field coordination with stakeholders. The role involves site visits, documentation, and process reporting through digital tools and mobile apps.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct field visits for material verification and photo documentation
  • Prepare and update inventory sheets in prescribed format, obtain customer sign-offs, and collect delivery challans
  • Upload verification reports, images, and expenses on mobile app / WL tool
  • Supervise loading of verified materials and coordinate vehicle or labour arrangements when required
  • Communicate updates to the reporting manager daily

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10th pass
  • age 18 years+
  • Must have valid ID proof, bank account, and smartphone with internet access
  • Able to read, write, and communicate in local language
  • Basic understanding of UPI payments and mobile applications
  • Willing to travel locally / inter-city as per operational needs

Nice to have:

  • Smart, reliable, and quick learner
  • Good knowledge of local geography
  • Strong observation and reporting skills
  • Field operations or logistics coordination experience is an added advantage
