Job Description:

Lead the Field Package Sales (FPS) team in the Greater Kansas City Area to dominate events, festivals, drive tour flow through selling vacation packages, and create world-class first impressions for our guests.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute high-impact marketing activities and events to smash tour and sales targets
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing squad of Sales Reps to reach their full potential
  • Surpass monthly budgets and implement creative strategies to keep team morale and productivity at an all-time high
  • Maintain personal sales production while ensuring your team provides 'Driven to Excellence' customer service

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in Management (Mini-Vacation field)
  • 2+ years in Timeshare/Marketing
  • Proven ability to inspire teams, solve problems on the fly, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
