Job Description:

As a Field Operator Silo, you play an important role in the smooth running of our production and logistics processes. You ensure that the unloading and loading of goods runs efficiently and that the silo installation functions optimally. Thanks to your efforts, the quality and continuity of our goods flows are guaranteed.

Job Responsibility:

  • Unloading and loading lorries and containers
  • Setting up, operating and checking equipment in the silos
  • Monitoring the efficient operation of all equipment in the silo and reporting any deviations or malfunctions
  • Taking samples of incoming and outgoing goods and checking their quality
  • Acting quickly and effectively in the event of technical malfunctions or deviations
  • Solving technical problems in collaboration with colleagues from the maintenance department

Requirements:

  • Enjoy working in an operational environment
  • Practical, reliable, and enjoy working in a team
  • Safety, order, and tidiness are of paramount importance
  • Willing to work in three shifts and at weekends
  • Speak fluently English and Dutch
