Job Description

We are a family-owned remodeling company experiencing strong growth and focused on building a high-performing team. Our work centers on delivering quality kitchen and bathroom remodels while developing our people and maintaining a culture of accountability and respect. We are seeking a Field Supervisor / Foreman who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and wants to grow with a company that values the right attitude as much as experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead field operations for residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects
  • Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and to company standards
  • Serve as the primary leader on-site, setting expectations for quality and productivity
  • Supervise and direct installers and subcontractors on-site
  • Review project scope and plans prior to execution
  • Maintain jobsite organization, cleanliness, and professionalism
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays
  • Ensure quality standards are consistently met
  • Communicate daily with the Project Manager regarding job progress
  • Document progress and issues through field reporting tools and software
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure materials are available and ready

Requirements

  • Experience in residential kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling
  • Working knowledge of cabinetry, trim, and finish carpentry
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and project scope
  • Proven ability to lead and manage field teams
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Reliable and accountable work ethic

  • Perform daily walk-throughs to inspect progress, quality, and readiness for next phase updating company cam on all projects to ensure on time and on budget close out of all projects
  • Document daily site activity and share reports and updates with the Project Manager and adjust according to PM guidance
  • Subcontractor Management
  • Coordinate the arrival, departure, and task readiness of subcontractors
  • Confirm that each sub understands the scope of their work and timeline to complete projects
  • Hold subcontractors accountable for quality and job completion to minimize punch lists
