Requirements

5+ years of hands on experience with automated strapping and packaging equipment
Mechanical/Electrical background is essential
PLC controls is required. PLC settings (Allen Bradley Control Logics and Siemens)
Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic technology

Job Responsibility

Perform Field Service repairs and installations of end-of-line strapping equipment
Execute scheduled Preventative Maintenance (PM) and work with customers to resolve machine performance issues
Accurately diagnose and repair both mechanical and electrical problems, developing a clear action plan
Provide customer training on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
Manage vehicle parts inventory and complete service call documentation using wireless devices
Must be able to attend emergency calls after hours
Must be able to travel across North America and Europe

Possession of a valid Red Seal trade certificate in electrical, millwright, or a related field, or actively working towards certification
