Job Description:

Field Merchandising Director position overseeing merchandise execution, marketing plans, financial analysis, and team management for Circle K stores

Job Responsibility:

Oversees and supports strategic decisions from National and Regional level
Oversees operational aspects of merchandise execution
Expand brand presence by developing annual marketing plan
Improves results of under-performing assets
Analyzes financial results and recommends promotions
Anticipates and reacts to competitive activity
Maximizes marketing/merchandising and profit opportunities
Achieves financial objectives by preparing annual budget
Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting and orienting employees
Maintain professional and technical knowledge

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
Ten years of experience or more preferred
Minimum of seven years of management responsibility
Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred
Valid driver’s license required
