Job Description

The Field Medical Manager is leading the stakeholder-centric engagement, responsible for the execution of medical to medical initiatives, and to develop external stakeholder strategy, execute external medical to medical engagement according to category medical strategy, and align with Category Medical/MISP Medical Lead to implement and deliver medical projects in country.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop external stakeholder engagement strategy in alignment with Category Medical strategy
  • Establish and strengthen medical and scientific relationship with external stakeholders
  • Be effective in data communication and medical insight capturing
  • Collaborate with Category medical lead to conduct advisory board
  • organize and deliver relevant educational/training workshop/meeting
  • participate in medical/scientific conference
  • In collaboration with Category Medical/MISP Medical Lead to conduct timely medical initiatives, such as Educational Medical grant, Research grant, and Compassionate Use Program, etc
  • In collaboration with Category Medical/MISP Medical, ensure timely and efficient communications to complete required internal/external approval processes including system administration and maintain good documentation, etc
  • Ensure the compliance of operational requirement
  • Field Medical Manager should be familiar with internal regulation requirement and be able to communicate correctly with cross function partners to make sure the quality and efficiency of project execution
  • Other medical affairs projects appointed by supervisor

Requirements

  • Good project management skills
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to work in cross function network
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical product development and healthcare environment
  • Experience in the management of field-based medical function
  • The area of medical or clinical or biotechnology science bachelor’s degree or above
  • Experience in external engagement
  • Strong, confident and engaging presentation skills
  • Knowledge of 'pharmaceutical medicine' including clinical pharmacology, medical and paramedical sciences, medicine and medical statistics and relevant Therapeutic Area/Products
  • Expertise in clinical trial design and methodology, and understanding of interfaces
  • 3 years of MA or relevant function, would be preferred

Nice to have

  • Additional training / diploma in management, such as MBA would be a plus
  • 3 years of MA or relevant function, would be preferred
