We are looking for a builder to define Roboflow’s physical footprint. In an increasingly automated and AI-driven world, face-to-face trust is a competitive advantage. You won’t just be running events, you will be creating the environments where for us to build critical relationships. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who can strategize with executives one day and roll up their sleeves to ship swag the next.

Job Responsibility

  • Build the Roboflow Conference from Zero to One, owning the vision, P&L, and execution
  • Curate high-value executive programs (private dinners, roundtables, retreats)
  • Drive revenue measured by pipeline acceleration and closed-won revenue
  • Own the event portfolio, deciding where we show up
  • Orchestrate the Roboflow brand in the physical world

Requirements

  • 5+ years of field marketing experience, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS or AI
  • Strategic operator with experience in the playbook and innovation in a hyper competitive space
  • Experience creator with taste for venue, lighting, food, and conversation
  • Data-driven and comfortable in Salesforce
  • Scrappy & high-output, thriving in a startup environment
  • Executive polish to hold your own with C-suite executives
  • Willing to travel
