The ANZ Field Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting marketing execution across the region. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that helps ensure flawless delivery of field programs and events that drive pipeline, influence deals, and support customer growth. You’ll work closely with regional Field Marketing and the Global Marketing Operations team to manage logistics, procurement, and process compliance, while keeping programs running smoothly and efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Support execution of field marketing programs and events across the region, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities
Localise and activate global campaigns to resonate with regional audiences
Manage procurement, legal and purchasing workflows, ensuring compliance with internal processes and timely vendor payments
Coordinate with the global marketing and operations teams to track and manage regional SWAG, stock levels, and merchandise logistics
Provide operational support for event logistics, including vendor coordination, shipments, venue communication, and lead capture setup
Partner with digital, BDR, and campaign teams to ensure lead list uploads, follow-up processes, and pre/post-event comms are executed effectively
Support reporting and measurement of key marketing activities and event performance metrics
Maintain an organized system for regional event calendars, assets, and post-event documentation
Gather field feedback to continuously improve messaging, programs, and customer experience
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in marketing coordination, events, or operations (B2B or tech industry experience preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment
A proactive mindset — you anticipate needs, solve problems, and follow through
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
