We’re hiring a Field Marketing Specialist to join our NYC-based team supporting a high-profile client in workplace hospitality. This hands-on role is perfect for someone early in their marketing career who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys bringing brand moments to life, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to ensure a polished, elevated experience across café, breakroom, and amenity spaces. As a core member of the on-site marketing team, you'll support everything from merchandising and local activation setup to capturing digital content and collaborating with culinary and operations partners. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in wherever needed to support marketing excellence in real time.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with the setup, upkeep, and rotation of branded merchandising and promotional materials across café and amenity spaces
Help execute on-site activations, events, and seasonal rollouts—ensuring signage, setup, and materials meet brand standards
Work closely with Operations and Culinary teams to identify needs and provide in-the-moment support
Create and manage digital and printed signage to promote menu items, food services, and seasonal specials while ensuring alignment with brand standards
Report on marketing initiative success through sales data and clear storytelling that highlights program impact and opportunities
Capture real-time photography and video content for digital use (e.g., social media, internal recaps, client presentations)
Support execution of localized campaigns through asset deployment, display maintenance, and coordination with the Sr. Marketing Manager
Upload and organize content and marketing materials in shared folders and brand libraries
Assist with all signage needs, inclusive of printed and digital weekly and daily needs of business
Act as an extra set of hands for the Marketing and Operations teams—jumping in as needed to ensure smooth daily operations and a standout guest experience
Participate in team brainstorms, marketing recaps, and special projects as assigned
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in marketing, retail, hospitality, or brand execution roles
Strong visual eye and attention to detail, especially in physical spaces
Comfort working on-site daily and moving between multiple spaces within NYC
Proficient in PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools for basic design and presentation needs
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Enthusiasm for food, hospitality, customer experience and lifestyle branding
100% onsite NYC/NJ and early mornings at times
Nice to have:
Experience with visual merchandising, retail marketing, or hospitality environments
Familiarity with content capture for social media or internal communications
