Job Responsibility:
Organizing and managing physical, virtual, and trade show events, which involve comprehensive planning, logistics, participant follow-up, and providing on-site support when necessary
Monitor event registrations, collect and structure post-event data, and manage lead uploads
Follow up with and support the sales team to ensure a strong return on investment (ROI) for our events
Develop effective communication plans, including email campaigns, and collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams on audience segmentation
Optimize registration rates and enhance our outreach strategy
Work with data extracted from our CRM database
Optimize the CRM in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams by extracting, filtering, and organizing data
Assist in the construction of marketing campaigns by creating relevant datasets
Demonstrate innovation skills to address identified gaps and improve our marketing efforts
Requirements:
Seeking an apprenticeship for a 2-year Master’s degree, with a schedule of 3 weeks in the company and 1 week in school
Fluent in both French and English at a professional level
Curious and motivated to learn about new technologies and the services industry
Possess an analytical mindset and have proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Capable of understanding data within a business context
