Join Airtable as a Field Marketing Manager, playing a pivotal role in accelerating enterprise growth across the AMER East region. Job Responsibility:
Drive pipeline creation and expansion through strategic regional programs including executive roundtables, targeted webinars, hands-on workshops, and community events
Partner strategically with sales leadership to identify top enterprise accounts and design targeted programs
Own regional marketing strategy by building and executing comprehensive plans aligned to business objectives
Manage and optimize a dedicated regional marketing budget, tracking expenses and improving pipeline-to-spend ratios
Measure and communicate impact through pipeline dashboards and performance analytics
Experiment and scale by piloting innovative event strategies and leveraging Airtable AI
Stay agile and responsive by adapting plans quickly as company priorities and market conditions evolve
Deliver measurable results with accountability for both immediate pipeline generation and long-term closed-won revenue attribution
Requirements:
5+ years of B2B field marketing or demand generation experience within enterprise software/SaaS
Proven track record of consistently hitting pipeline targets with marketing campaigns and events
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with sales leadership and individual sellers
Hands-on experience running account-based programs, executive roundtables, webinars, and both virtual and in-person events
Proficiency in Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Looker, and event management platforms like Splash
Experience using ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Terminus)
Solid understanding of modern B2B lead management and attribution models
