The Field Marketing Manager is a pivotal role responsible for end-to-end marketing, from planning to hands-on execution. Reporting into the Senior Field Marketing Lead, a core focus of this role is acting as a high-touch marketing partner for the sales team in the South Europe region. You will be responsible for working with, Regional Vice President, Sales Directors and Account Executives on programs that target high-value accounts, while simultaneously leading the rollout of demand-generation programs, executive events, and brand initiatives that drive pipeline velocity and revenue growth.
Job Responsibility:
Sales Interlock: Act as a high-touch business partner to Sales
Regional GTM Execution: Design and deploy integrated field plans tailored to the unique cultural and procurement nuances in the region
Precision ABM: Lead 1:1 and 1:few Account-Based Marketing programs for the region’s largest logos
High-Impact Channel Marketing: SEUR is a partner-led market. You will develop "Wiz + Partner" marketing plays
Full-Stack Event Management: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of flagship summits, executive roundtables, and technical workshops
Pipeline Operations & Velocity: Partner with Marketing Ops and BDRs to ensure zero lead leakage
Data-Driven Optimization: Use Salesforce and Looker to audit your own performance
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in regional marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS or cybersecurity space
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment
A proactive mindset - you anticipate needs, solve problems, and follow through
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A “get-it-done” attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves to make things happen
