Storyblok is seeking a highly skilled Field Marketing Manager to drive growth in our high-propensity accounts across our US business. As an individual contributor, you will leverage your expertise in scalable account-centric marketing to develop and execute targeted campaigns that support our sales efforts. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and optimize marketing programs will be essential for success in this role.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute multi-channel field marketing programs, including events, digital campaigns and ABM plays that are tailored to funnel stage and drives lead gen and progression of pipeline
Identify and prioritize high-propensity accounts in the US market
Develop and execute targeted marketing programs tailored to the specific needs of each account
Leverage tools like 6sense to identify and engage with target accounts
Collaborate with global campaigns teams to adopt and optimize campaigns best suited to the customer buying lifecycle
Provide feedback on the suitability of global campaigns for enterprise demand and demand progression
Measure campaign performance, continually experiment and identify opportunities for improvement
Plan and execute field marketing events, including webinars, workshops, and user conferences
Manage event logistics and budgets
Measure event effectiveness and optimize future events based on data
Develop a quarterly rolling 6-month plan that focuses primarily on new logo growth from acquisition to close
Track and analyze field activity performance to measure ROI and identify trends
Use data insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements
Prepare regular reports on field marketing activities and results, highlighting key performance indicators and achievements
Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify the most impactful activities for new logo acquisition and support sales opportunity progression
Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear and concise updates on marketing activities and results
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in field roles, and demand generation/campaign roles as a plus, with a focus on B2B technology or software
Proven track record of building integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth
Experience leveraging partner/channel marketing in your campaigns
Expertise in planning and executing field marketing events (online and offline), such as webinars, workshops, and user conferences
Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM-at scale) strategies, tools and tactics
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Self starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Unphased by a fast paced, changing environment with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills essential
Deep understanding of modern marketing tech stacks and what’s needed operationally to build a high impact campaign, including marketing automation platforms, CRMs and ABM tools
Certifications in marketing, sales enablement, or digital marketing are a plus
A passion for marketing and a desire to drive business growth
