We’re looking for a data-driven event marketing professional to join Taboola as Field Marketing Manager, Growth. This full-time role in our Tel Aviv Office is part of the Geo Marketing Organization and works closely with our Growth Marketing Team to drive measurable business impact through strategic events targeting our high-potential SMB clients. In this role, you will play a key part in executing our global growth events strategy, designing high-impact events that generate new business opportunities. You’ll bring a strong analytical mindset, leveraging data to optimize event performance, measure success, and continuously improve marketing outcomes. We’re looking for an event marketing pro with a can-do attitude, exceptional collaboration, verbal and written communication skills, willingness to travel the world often, and a passion for learning.
Job Responsibility
Collaborate with sales leadership to develop the regional marketing event strategy & plan for our Growth (SMB) division on a quarterly basis, to drive business growth and maximize both immediate and long-term ROI
Own the full lifecycle of sponsored and hosted events, from contract negotiation and planning to on-site execution and post-event management
Translate activities into meaningful data and reports using various platforms and tools, like Salesforce and QlikSense
Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders from Sales, Account Management and Marketing to align on business goals and execute on marketing objectives in a timely manner
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Taboola’s product positioning, core advantage and unique offering in order to effectively market our full suite of solutions, with a specific focus on driving adoption of Realize, our performance marketing platform
Requirements
Native or fluent English speaker
Hebrew is a plus
3+ years in tech B2B event marketing (industry & hosted), with a strong track record of planning and executing impactful events
Deep understanding of both offline and online marketing channels, with a data-driven approach to event strategy
Strong analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to measure and optimize event performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
A creative self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset, eager to take initiative and drive continuous improvement
Ability to manage multiple projects across different markets
A team player who thrives in a dynamic, startup-like environment while working with a high degree of autonomy
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time (approximately once a month)
