Job Description

We're looking for a Field Marketing Lead who will own the strategy and execution of our field marketing programs across North America. You'll identify high-leverage moments and accounts where in-person activations, including but not limited to events, executive dinners, conferences, and roadshows can accelerate lead generation and deals, while deepening relationships. Working closely with Sales leadership and the Head of Marketing for North America, you'll build and execute a portfolio of programs that drive pipeline velocity and strengthen Sokin's brand presence in key markets. Your impact will be measured by pipeline contribution, deal velocity, and the revenue influenced by your field initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and own the North America field marketing strategy across various opportunities (events, dinners, activations, partnerships, campaigns), identifying high-leverage accounts and moments where field programs can accelerate deals
  • Partner with Sales leadership to evaluate and prioritize ecosystem opportunities (industry conferences, partner programs, vertical communities) that drive pipeline impact and brand presence in key markets
  • Own account segmentation and field marketing investment allocation across North America, deciding where to place bets on events, activations, and programs for maximum ROI
  • Execute a comprehensive portfolio of in-person field marketing initiatives (e.g. executive dinners, customer panels, conferences, roadshows, curated VIP experiences, etc.) that drive pipeline velocity and deepen customer relationships
  • Manage end-to-end event execution: venue selection, vendor management, budget, invitations, registration, content, promotional materials, and on-site logistics with precision
  • Be on the ground at key activations across North America representing Sokin's brand, driving engagement, and building relationships with prospects and customers
  • Collaborate with Sales and BDEs/SDRs throughout the event lifecycle—pre-event targeting, during-event engagement, post-event follow-up, ensuring timely conversion to qualified pipeline and execution within agreed SLAs
  • Own post-event operations: CRM data uploads, lead routing to Sales, follow-up triggers, and account follow-through
  • Build and maintain field marketing dashboards that track pipeline contribution, revenue influence, deal velocity, and event ROI
  • define success metrics and optimize based on data insights

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years in field marketing, event management, or partnership marketing
  • Proven track record driving pipeline through field marketing programs and events
  • Event management expertise, successfully planning and executing industry events annually, with strong vendor negotiation and event ROI optimization experience
  • Excellent communication skills, with capabilities to present to executives, influence cross-functional partners, and inspire colleagues
  • Project management expertise, with a keen ability to juggle multiple complex initiatives simultaneously and deliver quality under pressure
  • Data-driven: you measure impact rigorously and optimize based on results
  • Skilled at influencing cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, central marketing) without formal authority
  • Entrepreneurial operator who thrives in ambiguity, owns outcomes, and moves fast in high-growth environments
  • Please note, candidates will need to have the right to work in the jurisdiction that they are looking to work in.
