We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Field Marketing Specialist to support national and local brand-building initiatives for a mission-driven organization. This role blends strategic marketing, field activation, and content development, with a strong emphasis on storytelling, relationship building, and on-the-ground execution.
Job Responsibility
Support the development of a trusted national brand presence
Capture and shape impact stories, case studies, and brand narratives
Translate field insights into polished marketing assets and storytelling content
Develop and execute creative briefs aligned to strategic objectives
Plan and support local events and community activations to drive awareness and engagement
Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency while incorporating local relevance
Identify and engage target audiences and key stakeholder communities in priority markets
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external creative partners to deliver campaigns and content
Requirements
3–6+ years of experience in field marketing, brand marketing, or integrated marketing roles
Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Experience developing creative briefs and collaborating with creative teams
Comfortable working in a fast-changing, evolving environment
Experience with event planning, content development, and campaign execution
Familiarity with tools such as Asana, SharePoint, Canva, and Microsoft Teams
Comfortable working in outdoor or field-based environments and traveling to project sites
