Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Field Marketing Specialist to support national and local brand-building initiatives for a mission-driven organization. This role blends strategic marketing, field activation, and content development, with a strong emphasis on storytelling, relationship building, and on-the-ground execution.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the development of a trusted national brand presence
  • Capture and shape impact stories, case studies, and brand narratives
  • Translate field insights into polished marketing assets and storytelling content
  • Develop and execute creative briefs aligned to strategic objectives
  • Plan and support local events and community activations to drive awareness and engagement
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency while incorporating local relevance
  • Identify and engage target audiences and key stakeholder communities in priority markets
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external creative partners to deliver campaigns and content

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in field marketing, brand marketing, or integrated marketing roles
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Experience developing creative briefs and collaborating with creative teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing, evolving environment
  • Experience with event planning, content development, and campaign execution
  • Familiarity with tools such as Asana, SharePoint, Canva, and Microsoft Teams
  • Comfortable working in outdoor or field-based environments and traveling to project sites
