We’re hiring a highly organised Field Marketing Contractor to support execution of Notion’s third-party event sponsorships across EMEA. You’ll help deliver major industry event sponsorships and owned Notion events.

Job Responsibility:

  • Third-Party Sponsorship Execution (Primary Focus): Support planning + delivery for major third party conferences across Benelux, Nordics, Medit, MENA, CEE
  • Manage booth logistics, shipping, swag, staffing schedules + vendor coordination
  • Oversee lead capture, onsite execution, troubleshooting + brand compliance
  • Execute post-event workflows: Salesforce uploads, segmentation + campaign attribution
  • Owning full follow up process with Sales team and post event reporting
  • Build and maintain scalable documentation + playbooks in Notion
  • Track timelines and deliverables with event organisers + production vendors
  • Maintain alignment and clear communication across stakeholders
  • Ensure brand standards and operational excellence are maintained
  • Owned Events: Assist with logistics and brand execution for select “event-in-a-box” activations
  • Own clean + timely import of leads with proper Salesforce attribution
  • Support sales teams in follow-up motions + path-to-pipeline reporting
  • Continue to iterate and grow owned events at Notion
  • Work with Field Marketing, Sales, XDRs + Ops to align on goals and data workflows
  • Pre + post-event comms

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years in field marketing or B2B event coordination
  • Experience with trade-show logistics + onsite execution
  • Strong attention to detail + project management skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in fast-moving environments
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Notion, Slack + event tools (Splash)
  • Clear communicator with a passion for standout brand experiences
  • Requirement: Ability to manage production agencies + event ROI reporting
  • Familiarity with SaaS pipeline drivers + campaign attribution
  • You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
