AccessIT Group is looking for a Field Marketing Coordinator to support the TOLA region and join our team.
Job Responsibility:
Lead event logistics for small sporting events, tradeshows, and tiered account-based programs, including venue selection, vendor negotiation, budget management, staffing, AV/tech coordination, event booth travel and logistics, and on-site execution
Develop event themes, messaging, and programming in collaboration with Field Marketing Managers to engage security, compliance, and IT decision-makers
Serve as the on-site lead, ensuring flawless execution and resolving issues in real time
Partner with TOLA Sales and Marketing leadership to recruit target accounts for events and ensure alignment with pipeline and ABM strategies
Prepare sales teams for events by coordinating briefing materials, attendee target lists, and meeting schedules
Coordinate pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up campaigns, including lead capture, routing, and nurturing to include attendee engagement, sales feedback, and contribution to pipeline opportunities
Manage swag, branded materials, and executive gifts, including sourcing, inventory, and distribution
Build and maintain vendor and regional partner relationships
Maintain event playbooks, vendor databases, and post-event retrospectives
Support MDF invoicing and collections
Track and maintain event budgets, ensuring expenses remain in approved allocations
Ensure accurate event tracking within CRMs
Coordinate venue contracts and vendor agreements in partnership with Field Marketing leadership
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in field marketing, event coordination, or related roles
Experience supporting B2B technology or cybersecurity events and CRMs (ie Hubspot) preferred but not mandatory
Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent events across different locations while maintaining strict timelines and budgets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Skilled at interacting with a diverse range of individuals, including managing interactions with large groups of people
Frequently required to sit, with occasional walking and standing

Regularly required to stoop, kneel, crouch, and twist

Willingness to travel 20–30% for events to support regional field events and 2+ corporate events annually
