Support the execution of field marketing programs across owned events, trade shows, and partnerships. This role contributes to pipeline generation through strong execution, coordination, and support of integrated event campaigns. Programs target professionals responsible for event sales and execution at restaurants, hospitality groups, hotels, and venues that monetize private events. The beachhead market is SMB restaurants, with expansion into mid-market and enterprise hospitality groups.
Job Responsibility:
Support execution of field marketing programs, including customer events and regional activations, trade shows and industry events, association and partner programs
Assist with event logistics and coordination, including vendors, timelines, and on-site support
Support integrated campaign execution to drive attendance and engagement (email, paid media, organic, partnerships, outbound coordination)
Assist with pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, including audience coordination and meeting support, on-site execution and engagement, follow-up and data tracking
Track program performance, including attendance, engagement, and basic pipeline metrics
Identify opportunities to improve execution and efficiency
Partner with demand generation, product marketing, website, and creative/content teams to ensure campaign priorities are reflected in field marketing execution and event experiences
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or related roles (internships included)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and grow within field marketing and demand generation
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Comfort working with data and supporting reporting efforts
Willingness to travel (approximately 25–40%)
