Job Description:

As a Field based Market Access Lead within our Poland Market Access team, you'll drive the introduction of new products to the hospital market and optimize patient access at a regional level for prioritized products. In Market Access, you'll help drive meaningful outcomes across our portfolio - with the scale and urgency patients deserve.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with key regional stakeholders, including Regional National Health Fund directors, hospital personnel, and thought leaders
  • Drive optimal funding and guideline status for drug programs, supporting reimbursement applications and RDTL procedures
  • Actively scan the environment for emerging trends and identify future risks within the SANOFI TRT concept
  • Communicate therapeutic and economic value of products to key stakeholders
  • Implement integrated field access plans in collaboration with Market Access Leads and Medical Teams
  • Provide business and market information analysis regarding the hospital market
  • Adapt global pricing strategies at hospital and regional payer levels to maintain and optimize product pricing conditions

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree (preferably in pharmacy, public administration, economics, or related field)
  • Experience in pharmaceutical market access, preferably with hospital products reimbursed via drug programs
  • Comprehensive understanding of Polish healthcare system, including NFZ regulations and healthcare processes
  • Strong knowledge of tender law, pharmaceutical law, and reimbursement procedures
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Fluency in Polish and English
  • Ability to travel within assigned region
