To provide training, guidance and to lead the Vodafone Shops and POS in the region to an outstanding performance in both quantitative and qualitative results by coaching, training, and monitoring the target setting of each shop and pos.
Job Responsibility:
Provide training, guidance and lead Vodafone Shops and POS in the region to outstanding performance
Provide support, coaching and on-the-job training to new employees
Conduct in-shop training sessions, meetings and on-the-job trainings
Monitor the performance (both quantitative and qualitative) of all roles in the shop
Communicate and cooperate with Regional Managers to set up relevant action plans
Give feedback to shop owners (franchisees)
Participate in sales force recruitment when needed
Prepare and participate in the training process of all roles
Observe regional markets for internal and external competition
Supervise and ensure the correct image of point-of-sale displays
Expand distribution by providing leads to distributors for new POS
Requirements:
2 years’ experience in the field of sales in mobile communications
Excellent Knowledge of company products/services and procedures
University degree
Good knowledge of English
Presentation skills
Tech savvy
Driving licence
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

People oriented with the ability to coach individuals
