Job Responsibility

Execute the daily blending schedule via Emerson DCS system and WMS system for both lube and coolant, meanwhile fulfill quality and safety requirements
Daily check all the resources readiness of RM, pipes, tanks, etc. per process orders
Check, confirm and load daily process orders into blending system
Monitor and drive onsite operators for system cleaning, material loading and batch change over
Monitor and record DCS data, judge and deal with abnormal situations in time, and report to Shift Leader and Supervisor
Monitor and check the material status in storage tank and support filling workshop for filling process orders
Operate the utilities for blending system
Coordinate the base oil unloading at the jetty/Vopak and plant tank farm areas
Support Shift Leader for new production introduction, safe launch plan, abnormal process issues, RCFA for quality issues
