Job Responsibility

  • Install and service premium custom window treatments with precision and care
  • Partner with Sales, Support, and Production to drive sustaining and repeatable improvements in the client experience, answer their technical or application questions, and oversee new product launches with hands-on use and testing
  • Ensure every project is done right the first time—you own your results
  • Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Field Managers to deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Troubleshoot issues on-site and make real-time decisions to keep projects moving
  • Continuously sharpen your skills with ongoing paid training and new product rollouts
