Job Responsibility

Contribute to the development and advancement of global HSE standards and best practices as a member of the Global HSE Leadership Team
Support the HSE audit program, including leading site self-audits and driving corrective action plans across the Americas region
Analyze HSE metrics and trends, partnering with site and business leaders to implement data-driven improvement initiatives
Lead and support HSE risk assessments, including Safety Kaizen events, applying the hierarchy of controls to reduce risk and strengthen site performance
Mentor site leadership on incident investigations and root cause analysis
lead response efforts for significant incidents and crisis management situations
Provide regulatory and technical HSE guidance to site operations and regional leadership, including compliance with U.S., Canadian, and Mexican regulatory requirements
