Supervise training and educating the store teams on product offerings with an emphasis on Food Safety and Quality Assurance
Supervise new store start-ups and remodels for Foodservice
Address issues in stores in real-time and provide adequate solutions
Provide food safety-quality assurance monitoring functions
Conduct trouble-shooting seminars
Collaborate with Category Managers, BU leadership, store leadership, Food Service vendors and merchant experts
Coach and monitor under-performing stores for improvement
Oversee new food service projects
Maintain a database of all training sessions and visits
Create a training environment that empowers staff to find solutions
Create a cooperative learning environment with multiple levels of feedback
Perform monthly preventative maintenance tasks and calibrate dispensing machines
Assess cleanliness and inventory supply in stores
Review health requirements in stores and address violations
Complete detailed itemized reports on store conditions
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Sit for long periods of time
Operate computer keyboard and mouse for data entry
