Field Food Service Specialist responsible for supervising training, ensuring food safety and quality assurance standards, conducting store visits, troubleshooting equipment issues, and collaborating with various teams to maximize growth of the Foodservice category.
Job Responsibility:
Supervise training and educating store teams on current and new product offerings
Ensure FSQA and HACCP regulatory requirements are met
Supervise new store start-ups and remodels for Foodservice
Address issues in stores in real-time
Visit all assigned stores on a set schedule for food safe-quality assurance monitoring
Conduct trouble-shooting seminars for equipment and process issues
Act as central contact for stores regarding food service categories
Collaborate with Category Managers, BU leadership, and vendors
Coach and monitor under-performing stores
Partner with District Managers
Oversee new food service projects
Maintain database of all training sessions and visits
Develop and facilitate training sessions
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Physical ability to sit for long periods of time
Operate computer keyboard and mouse for data entry
