Job Description:

The Field Food Service Manager leads and develops food execution and performance for an assigned geography, coordinating initiatives that advance the Circle K brand. Responsibilities include managing Food Service Specialists, ensuring adherence to food safety standards, monitoring project schedules, and maximizing sales through effective food merchandising. The role involves training, budget management, and maintaining professional knowledge to align with company goals.

Job Responsibility:

Innovates the Circle K brand through strategic problem-solving efforts
collaborates with Marketing/Merchandising team, BU leadership and others to ensure effective training materials
leads a team of Food Service Specialists to maintain and train operational processes
ensures adherence to food safety and HACCP standards
monitors and resolves issues related to Ecosure Food Safety Audit
provides Food Safety Management Certification (ServSafe) training and testing
maintains project schedules and monitors progress
evaluates training activities and recommends adjustments
maximizes store sales by assisting with fresh food merchandising
conducts training assessments and reports results
communicates effectively with relevant teams
achieves financial objectives by preparing budgets and analyzing variances
manages staff through recruiting, training, and appraising results
maintains professional and technical knowledge
achieves determined Financial and Key Result Area targets

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
at least five to seven years of experience, including a minimum of three years of management responsibility
proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
