Job Description

Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry. We’re on an ambitious mission to simplify and modernize every function of the dental practice through technology. As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world. We’re seeking someone to join our team who has experience with field events to support our growing events program. This person will have an understanding of the marketing funnel and coordinating event logistics. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating impactful in-person experiences that drive pipeline, strengthen brand presence, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the planning of field events across North America, ensuring smooth logistics, polished booth setups, and consistent brand representation
  • Coordinate vendor relationships, booth materials, shipments, and event staffing needs, maintaining organized processes that enable efficient and reliable event execution
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to understand event goals, prepare onsite teams, and ensure high-quality customer and prospect engagement
  • Track event performance, assist with ROI reporting, and help gather insights that inform future event improvements and investment decisions
  • Ensure each field event reinforces Dandy’s brand promise, elevates customer experience, and differentiates us from competitors
  • Assist with budget tracking, vendor negotiations, and sponsorship deliverables to ensure cost-efficient, high-quality event execution
  • Contribute to building scalable event processes and resources as the field events program grows

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B event marketing
  • Exceptional project management skills - highly organized, detail focused and results-driven with the ability to thrive while working on multiple projects at once
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Overall track record of professional and academic success
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
