This role is responsible for shaping the EMEA enablement strategy and roadmap, partnering closely with regional sales leadership to identify role-specific needs and deliver impactful programs. You’ll adapt global onboarding and training initiatives for the EMEA audience, create clear and effective content, and facilitate both in-person and virtual learning experiences. You'll help enhance productivity, ensure consistency across GTM teams, and support global communications and initiatives in the region.
Job Responsibility:
Support our continued growth and the evolution of the EMEA Sales Team. You will continuously provide regional insights, adapt findings and build coaching programs
Show considerable product expertise to both learn and share using Figma and FigJam
Partner closely with our Global Sales Enablement and Sales Leadership team to design, build and execute ongoing enablement programs for the EMEA Sales Team
Diagnosing what obstacles our teams are facing in selling Figma products and making customers successful
Building repeatable sales motions, processes and playbooks that make us more effective as a team
Producing, curating and maintaining content to support our sales motions and playbooks including regionalisation and cultural nuance. Facilitating successful training sessions and sales programs
Program managing our ongoing sales trainings and sales programming (enablement calls, all hands, etc.) and owning our enablement calendar globally
Measuring the effectiveness of our selling motions in order to change and optimize our efforts
Requirements:
4+ years experience working in sales enablement, sales leadership, sales strategy, product marketing or similar roles
Strong organizational and project management skills, with a history of driving process improvements and achieving operational perfection. Abel to scope a complex project, break it into chunks, and execute against a work plan
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities
Ability to understand and deconstruct technical concepts, products, and platforms and transform these into a curriculum that sales professionals can absorb and apply
A collaborative working style, with experience working across the company with teams of varied size to achieve common goals
Nice to have:
Experience in sales methodologies such as Command of the Message and MEDDICC
