Job Description:

As a Trainee Field Technician, you will be a friendly face our communities become to recognise as the hero keeping us all connected. You'll work alongside a mentor offering ongoing coaching, support and mentoring during your traineeship with hands-on training providing customers with a great experience.

Job Responsibility:

Assisting in the provision of technical service, solutions and support to the networks, infrastructure, products and services
Activating and assuring telecommunications/technology products and services in homes and/or businesses
Working alongside a mentor and participating in a diverse team environment

Requirements:

Hold a current driver’s licence
Physically fit for the role
Ability to undergo pre-employment medical and drug alcohol screening
Ability to undertake a police check
Professional and polite communication
Enjoy working in a team environment
Positive attitude and safety-first approach
Be technically minded
