Our Field Service team provide on the ground support to homes and business around the country. As a Trainee Field Technician, you will be a friendly face our communities become to recognise as the hero keeping us all connected.

Job Responsibility:

Work alongside a mentor offering ongoing coaching, support and mentoring during your traineeship
Get hands on training providing our customers with a great experience by activating and assuring telecommunications / technology products and services, in homes and/or business
Actively participate in a diverse team environment to deliver the optimum customer and commercial outcomes aligned to Telstra’s values and strategy

Requirements:

Hold a current driver’s licence
Physically fit for the role
The ability to undergo pre-employment medical and drug alcohol screening
Ability to undertake a police check
Professional and polite communication
Enjoy working in a team environment
Positive attitude and safety-first approach
Be technically minded
