Job Description:

Field Coordinator to join our dynamic team and keep our field operations running smoothly. This is a full time, permanent position based in our Sheffield office. You will play a vital role in managing field cases, ensuring they are efficiently allocated and progressed according to service level agreements (SLAs). You'll handle pre-allocation checks, communicate with field agents, and keep field diaries up to date, all while ensuring work complies with legal timeframes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Allocate work to field agents following the agreed process
  • Review and analyse data to make informed allocation decisions
  • Support our service delivery through a variety of coordination tasks
  • Work closely with third-party contacts and stakeholders to meet booking needs
  • Maintain field diaries and holiday logs
  • Produce reports to support business analysis
  • Communicate with field agents on short-turnaround cases to ensure SLA delivery
  • Use your knowledge of UK geography to efficiently manage field case allocations
