Job Responsibility

Allocate work to field agents following the agreed process
Review and analyse data to make informed allocation decisions
Support our service delivery through a variety of coordination tasks
Work closely with third-party contacts and stakeholders to meet booking needs
Maintain field diaries and holiday logs
Produce reports to support business analysis
Communicate with field agents on short-turnaround cases to ensure SLA delivery
Use your knowledge of UK geography to efficiently manage field case allocations
