Job Responsibility

Document existing conditions for plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection
Becoming familiar with building codes that are applicable to the project
Ability to take document and measure items above the ceiling and on roof tops
Skill to identify utilities
Facility to climb a ladder and operate scissor lift
Willingness to travel three to four days a week to various job sites
Submit field reports within three days from travel
Organize and submit travel expenses in a timely manner
Provide mentoring and guidance for colleagues
