Job Description

To assist in the transformation of the Aftersales business model, acting as the bridge between strategy (Planning) and execution (Field) within the dealership network to ensure profitability, operational excellence, and maximum customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility

  • Support for the Implementation of Pilot Initiatives
  • Identify market gaps and opportunities within the dealership network
  • Validate new concepts in real environments to ensure their viability
  • Driver of the standardization of operational processes
  • Field knowledge, including important relationships with key dealership personnel, as well as their business metrics and management
  • Drive the transformation of the field team, providing continuous support to evolve their profile from an operational one to a business consulting one
