Job Responsibility:
Provide in-house and field based clinical and technical training/support for medical devices and solutions for the assigned region
Healthcare professional training for pre and post market medical devices and associated surgical procedure usage
Implementing, and troubleshooting LivaNova products in the fields
Providing technical expertise of new products
Design and execute annual clinical education program according to BU strategy
Demonstrate in-room clinical service for LivaNova products and trouble shooting techniques
Provide clinical training to LivaNova end users
Build up close relationship with KOLs to implement efficient clinical expertise sharing network
Build professional and technical knowledge by engaging with customers, attending scientific conference, educational workshops, delivering presentations and training to field personnel
Regularly educate and update physicians and clinical follow-up staff on new products releases of device systems and features
Design and organize annual clinical education plan align with BU strategy
Work together with sales team for KOLs management, distributor and internal training
Co-operate with Marketing team with clinical insight during strategy implementation and promotion material preparation
Support function team such as RA, QA with clinical expertise during project management
Requirements:
Medical education background and at least 5 years working experience needed
Strong communication and KOL management skill with healthcare professionals
Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
Ability for training, presentation and facilitation
